When sending an email, please in an image of the damaged item along with your order number. We endeavor to re-send the same product(s) you ordered to all customers as soon as possible.
Unwanted Goods and Refund
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Gifts/samples on LICLIS Event are not returned. Sales items may be returned but very limited. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 7 days of receipt of your goods using the Return Form provided.
